Frequently Asked Questions

How do I create a workout?

Open the app and go to the Workouts tab. Tap the "+" button to create a new workout template. Add exercises, set the number of sets and target reps, then save your workout. You can start a session from any saved workout.

How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

TrainRX subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find TrainRX in the list to manage or cancel your subscription.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Your data is stored securely using Convex, a modern cloud backend with encryption at rest and in transit. We never share your personal data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How does HealthKit integration work?

On iOS, TrainRX can sync workout data with Apple Health. Go to your Profile tab and enable HealthKit integration. You'll be asked to grant permission, and then your workouts will automatically sync. We never share HealthKit data with third parties or use it for advertising.

Can I use TrainRX on Android?

TrainRX is currently available for iOS only. An Android version is planned for the future. Stay tuned for updates!

I forgot my login email. What should I do?

TrainRX uses email-based authentication with a one-time code. If you don't remember which email you used, try the email addresses you commonly use. If you still can't access your account, contact us at support@trainrx.app and we'll help you recover it.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account and all associated data, please send an email to support@trainrx.app with the subject "Delete My Account" and include the email address associated with your TrainRX account. We will process your request and confirm once complete.
